Terms & Conditions

1) We reserve the right to inspect and repair any/all warranty claims unless prior arrangement has been authorized in writing by DC Autosport

2) No vehicles will be released until payments have been made in full unless prior arrangement. 

3) For outstanding accounts due we reserve the right for debt collection services to retrieve any amounts owing and any retrieval fee's associated. Any good will gestures and/or discounts will be considered null and void.

4) Please ensure no personal valuables have been left in vehicles, we accept no responsibly of any unfixed item within or on the vehicle. 

5) Customer supplied parts are welcome, but please be aware that no warranties are given.

6) Performance and racing vehicles operate in a high stress environment, varying factors will result your vehicles performance, this may include, ECU tuning, temperature, barometric pressure, weather, and fuel quality. Any and all warranty claims are subject to our investigation of failure, these investigation will be invoiced to the customer if the warranty is void due to factors outside of our control.

7) While all due care it taken, we accept no responsibility for any damage while the vehicle is parked within our property parking area, by (not limited to) acts of nature,  outside persons, animals, or outside vehicles. We will assist (limited) where possible to have person/s liability honored.
